This session will gently guide you to release tension, reset your energy, and realign your spirit. The soothing sounds and mindful movement will leave you centered, calm, and ready for a weekend of transformation and joy.

Experience healing and renewal by the water during our peaceful afternoon at the beach. We’ll begin with a trauma-informed yoga session designed to calm the nervous system and create space for safety and release. Then, through a sacred burn ceremony, we’ll let go of what no longer serves us, symbolizing a fresh start. Our power circle invites authentic connection and shared strength among women walking similar journeys. We’ll close with grounding in nature, feeling the earth beneath our feet as a reminder that we are supported, steady, and whole.
